The Sellers and I spent a week preparing the apartment (in fact, 3-4 days, the rest of the time we just waited), chose the right time and in the absence of competition entered the market on Thursday – February 8th. On February 10th afternoon, during the Open House, an oral Offer was received, which by the evening turned into a written Offer, with excellent, for the Sellers, agreed in advance terms and of course, the highest price in the complex for apartments of similar size. If it is possible, at present, to call the Status Certificate a really serious condition. The offer, of course, was accepted!
Yesterday the Status Certificate was received by the Seller and sent to the Buyer. Today Waiver received from the Buyer! DONE!
