In 2016, the Toronto Real Estate Board rolled out new tool available to clients of REALTORs registered with TREB that takes search abilities to the new level, like never before! Moreover, don’t think that it applies only to Toronto. The Toronto Real Estate Board serves to the entire Greater Toronto Area, including Durham, York, Peel regions and now the Barrie & District Association of REALTORS as well.
What Collaborate can do
This new cross-platform application called Collaborate and it allows you to:

- Create auto-searches using your own criteria
- Comment on suggested listings
